Dear Valued Clients, We’re excited to announce that starting January 1, 2026, we’ll be rolling out a new appointment policy to serve you better and keep our running smoothly!

Here’s the scoop on our new policy: Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please let us know at our direct line with call or text 9168062905

with at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25 non-refundable fee.

This helps us keep everything on track! No-Shows: If you miss an appointment without a heads-up, the $25 fee will be required before you can book another session.

Repeat Issues: For those who frequently miss appointments, we may need to ask for full payment of the grooming cost upfront to secure your booking.

These changes will help us minimize gaps and ensure all our wonderful clients and their pups receive timely service!

We set the pricing by weight, condition of the fur and the amount of time we spend dedicated to your babies. We provide a nose to tail spa experience Our service includes; ear plucking cleaning and medicated ear flush if needed. The face is washed in a hypo allergenic tearless blueberry facefurst shampoo Each pet will then will receive a two-tear bath. This means we will apply a deodorizing citrus this will break down through the dirt, grime and grease, we follow that up with a remoistening finishing shampoo and conditioning combo customized for their needs. We hand blow dry the coat, brush out all tangles or loose dead fur. Your Pup(s) Nails will be trimmed and buffed, Externally the anal Glands checked and expressed also a complimentary tooth brushing with a minty tooth gel is applied with a toothbrush and a minty breath refresh spray, cologne spritz and bandana!
