Service Description
HELLO and WOOF! Some things to note: We are usually booked out one week in advance. However if you are not seeing the availability that you're looking for... please text us the requested time, breed and name of your pet(s) at this time, we cannot offer full availability for online scheduling to avoid overbooking. Text us at 916.806.2905 to inquire on our last minute availability or cancelations or to get on our waiting list for cancelations. Also.. Please keep in mind if we do not answer, we undoubtedly have our hands on pets and are unavailable. All calls are answered in the order received, at the end of the day we will get back to you. This is how we do it :) We set the pricing by weight, condition of the fur and the amount of time we spend dedicated to your babies. Mandatory $7 to $14 extra if the pet has fleas.. depending on the severity of the infestation. We provide a nose to tail grooming. The service includes: ear plucking cleaning and medicated ear flush if needed. The face is washed in a hypo allergenic tearless blueberry shampoo. Each pet will then revive a two tear bath, meaning a deodorizing citrus shampoo will be applied first to break through the grime, then a remoistening finishing shampoo and conditioning combo customized for their needs. We will hand blow dry the coat, brush out all tangles or loose dead fur. Nails will be trimmed and buffed, Glands checked and expressed. Finally any haircut you would like also includes a cologne spritz and bandana! Teeth brushing is also included in each pup package. A minty tooth gel is applied with a tooth brush and a minty breathe refresh spray also a dental chewy to enjoy at home.
Cancellation Policy
Flea or Tick Concerns I understand that my pet may experience skin redness, itchiness, open sores, hair loss, or allergic reactions due to a prior flea infestation, even after treatment during grooming. Flea and Tick Policy We maintain a sanitary, flea-free environment. If fleas or ticks are found on my pet, treatment will be applied to protect all clients' pets. I acknowledge possible sensitivity to treatment ingredients and agree not to hold Puppycut responsible for reactions or recurring fleas due to untreated home conditions. I agree to pay $7–$20 for flea treatment. Mat Removal Matted coats require extra care. Mats can restrict blood flow, cause skin tears, or lead to infections. To avoid undue stress, severe matting may require shaving, which risks nicks, cuts, or abrasions from hidden skin folds, warts, or moles. Matting can trap moisture or debris, causing pre-existing irritations or infections. Post-removal effects may include itchiness, redness, self-inflicted wounds, or uneven regrowth. Shaved pets are prone to sunburn; apply sunscreen or limit sun exposure until hair regrows. Brief behavioral changes are possible. Regular grooming prevents matting (additional dematting fees apply). We will contact you if a shave-down is needed or dematting charges arise. If unreachable, we will proceed with the safest option for your pet’s well-being. Vaccinations All dogs must have current vaccinations for Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza (H3N8 & H3N2). Coronavirus and Leptospirosis are recommended. By scheduling an online appointment, I verify my pet(s) are current on these vaccinations and commit to keeping them up to date. I accept full responsibility for any injury or damage caused by my pet’s aggression to people, pets, or property. Staff may refuse service for aggressive pets or missing vaccination proof. Dog bites from unvaccinated pets must be reported. Vet Name & Number: ____________________ General Grooming Risks Though we use extreme caution, minor incidents (nicks, cuts, quicked nails, or product reactions) may occur, especially if the pet moves. Senior or health-compromised pets may experience stress-related issues, including seizures, heart problems, or, rarely, death. I authorize immediate medical care if needed. Please do not distract your pet during grooming if you arrive early, as excitement increases injury risk. Babysitting Fees Post-grooming potty breaks may incur a $5 fee. Pickup after 5:15 PM incurs $1/minute;
