At Puppycut, we love Yorkies and Yorkie mixes, tiny bodies, BIG funny personalities, and at times a little spicy. We’re experienced with all temperaments, and we keep a calm, low-stress grooming environment so even the sassiest pups can feel safe and supported. Coat + skin/ear support Yorkies can be tricky: they can get greasy and dry at the same time, and many are prone to allergies, yeast, and ear issues. We use specialized shampoo + conditioner tailored to your pup’s needs (including sensitive-skin options), and when skin is irritated we can switch to a gentle medicated bath to help soothe and support a healthier coat. We always do a full nose-to-tail look-over. Pricing + coat condition Pricing is based on weight, coat condition, behavior, and the time needed for a safe, thorough groom. Flea treatment is an additional $7–$20+ depending on severity and products used. This service includes: • Nose-to-tail look-over • Gentle facial cleanse (tearless + hypoallergenic) • Shampoo + luxury conditioner customized for Yorkie coats • Hand blow-dry + full brush-out (tangles + loose/dead hair) • Ear cleaning + medicated ear flush if needed • Nails trimmed and buffed • Glands checked/expressed as needed • Haircut/trim customized to your goals (Yorkie faces, teddy bear faces, and tailored trims) • Finishing touches: tooth brushing, breath freshener, light cologne spritz, and a bandana Recommended schedule we recommend booking every 4–8 weeks.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointments Attention to Monday appointments: because we’re closed Sundays, any Monday changes must be made by Saturday , so we have time to adjust the schedule and contact clients. A retainer fee ($25–$40, depending on the time reserved for your pup) is required to secure your appointment. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your retainer is kept and a new retainer is required to book a new time. No-shows forfeit the retainer and may require a new retainer to rebook or pay in advance. Please note: The “Pay Later” amount shown during online booking is an estimate based on our lowest starting prices. This keeps your deposit as fair and accessible as possible. Your actual remaining balance will be calculated at the time of service based on your pup’s weight, coat condition, matting, behavior, and time required. Late Pickup & Babysitting Policy Puppycut is a small grooming salon with limited staff availability. Grooming fees do not include babysitting or extended care. Our team is scheduled to conclude their workday once all appointments are complete. Babysitting Fees During Business Hours If a dog remains at the salon longer than expected after grooming is complete, a babysitting fee of $30 per hour will apply, if the salon is closing early for any reason. Clients will receive a text notification when their dog will be for pickup. If a longer stay was not pre-discussed and approved prior to the appointment, the $30 hourly fee may begin, 1 hour after pickup is complete. Puppycut is not able to provide free extended care or act as a daycare service and when treated as such need to adjust cost for time spent caring for pups. After-Hours Babysitting Fees Our salon closes at 5:00 PM. A babysitting fee of $1 per minute will be charged starting at 5:15 PM if a dog has not been picked up. If a dog remains at the salon at 6:00 PM with no prior arrangements made, the dog will be taken home for the night. In this case, a $100 overnight fee will be charged in addition to any accumulated babysitting fees. When Babysitting Fees Do Not Apply Babysitting fees will not be charged if the delay is caused by the salon running behind schedule. In these situations, the responsibility lies with Puppycut. We appreciate your cooperation in picking up your dog promptly. This policy helps us maintain a small, personalized operation while respecting our team’s time.
